Dear Resident,
Welcome to Envera Systems -- your Association gate access management company for Indian Harbor. Our service will allow you to have control over the person(s) who will be granted access to your community at the Main Gate.
When a guard is not in the guard shack, remote guards utilize the system for efficient and quick processing of guests. At all hours, it will be necessary for guests to present their government-issued ID at the Kiosk(Left Lane), and expected guests should be registered* by a resident to ensure a guest's easy access into the community.
To maintain easy, authorized entry, residents may be issued vehicle access credentials which will open the gates when arriving at the active sticker lane(Right Lane). Windshield stickers are available at the on-site office during the regular business hours (Tues thru Thurs 10am to 6pm)
All stickers renew annually on January 1st.
Resident stickers are $25
Contractor stickers are $50
