Porta-Pot must be at site when construction begins and dumpster must=

at site when framing begins. =
Site must be kept clean at all tim=
es. The owner of the property and/or t=
he
contractor will be responsible for litter that is not cleaned up daily R=
11;
this included discarded construction material, food containers from workers,
beverage containers, paper, etc.
The property owner will be responsible for all debris and litter that
has blown to surrounding properties due to weather conditions (wind and
rain). Failure to comply will
result in a $100.00 Litter fine for each occurrence.

Three Building inspections must be completed and
reports of findings sent to the IH office.

beam of house and ground must be completely enclosed. Exposed piers not
permitted.

exterior is completed and site has been cleaned up, I understand it is my
responsibility to notify the property Owners Office that I am ready for an =

site inspection. If my proper=

complies I will be refunded $200.00.
If
this permit is not approved, you will refund my $1,700.00 permit fee.
I
also understand that all exterior work on the residence as detailed on my p=
lans
must be completed, septic system must be installed and premises made orderly
within 6 months after construction begins.=
I also understand if construction has not begun within 8 months after
permit is issued, permit will be null and void without written authorization
from the Architectural Committee.
