Don't forget the Town Hall Meeting at the Clubhouse
on Feb 18th with the Board Meeting right after that.  More information on the stickers may be discussed along with many other items.  Remember you can ask questions and be part of the discussion at the
Town Hall Meeting so please come and let us hear you concerns.
Special Assessments and Late fees
Thank you to many of you for paying your Special Assessments. If you haven't started paying, they are $15 a month, per lot, for 12 months which started in October. You can pay them in any way, just note the payment is for the special assessments. The Late Fee of $20 monthly was voted on by the Board in July and started showing up on your billing in October if your account is past due.
The Smoke Signal
will continue to be emailed out and put on the Website, only.
The Tackle Box
The Tackle Box has closed for business.
Please look for announcements from Carl and Traci on
Facebook over the next few days about inventory sales.
Long term maintenance issues have escalated over the last week resulting in a visit from the Hood County Environmental Health Department.   The Board has met to review options for moving forward and is in the process of scheduling a mandatory site and soil evaluation from a professional engineer.  The evaluation will detail requirements for repair and/or replacement of the existing septic system.  Additionally, the Board will be evaluating the condition and upgrades required for the fuel pump system to remain in use as well as repairs to the interior and exterior plumbing and electrical systems.
The Board will be presenting cost estimates associated with the maintenance and repairs at this month's meeting so the membership may weigh in on short and long term plans for this Indian Harbor common area.
Many thanks to the Tackle Box family.

Indian Harbor Face Book Group
Posted on Feb 19th, 2020
New Indian Harbor Face Book Group.
Indian Harbor “Let’s Get Acquainted”
This group was created January 3, 2020 for members by members with the goal of allowing residents to become acquainted with other residents in our community. For residents who are looking to meet and fellowship with others, we want to meet you and fellowship with you.
Thus far we have had Saturday morning breakfast, met @ Stumpy’s for Taco Tuesday, 80’s party & wine night, Valentine’s dinner & game night & the majority of the group have posted their Bios & Family pictures. We are looking forward to a bowling night, Canton trip, Winstar trips, and an adult scavenger hunt.
This group is for all newcomers to Indian Harbor as well as ones living here who are wanting to meet new friends. This FB Group is unique & no IH politics are allowed. It’s strictly here for the benefit of knowing who your neighbors are and creating a positive living experience for all our members.
