Overnight parking is not allowed at the Marina - Club House - Office Lot - Teen Center.  Signage is being ordered to inform members that vehicles parked overnight will be towed at owner’s expense.

Addressing the Coronavirus
During the evolving coronavirus situation and the rising concerns about the spread of COVID-19,
we wanted to update the community on the precautions and safety measures being implemented to keep
our staff and community safe. The IHOA Board of Directors has, after a great deal of careful consideration,
decided to temporarily close our Club House, Teen Center and public access to the office. 
This new policy begins today, March 16, 2020 and will continue until further notice. 
We do not have the ability to disinfect common areas following use.  We will be deep cleaning these areas
prior to re-opening them to the public.
Office hours will continue as before – office staff will be available by phone and/or email. 
You may also slip correspondence and/or payments through the mail slot at the Office.

We will be working hard to do everything we can to continue to serve the members. Neighbors may find help through their Social Network communities and local charities.  If you are aware of an outreach program and would like help getting the
word out, please contact Denise Miller and Pat Angeley by email at:
They will get the information posted on Social Media, on the Indian Harbor website and put together an article for the upcoming Smoke Signal.
Additionally, Town Hall meetings have been cancelled until further notice and Monthly Board Meetings will be held without a member audience – but will be live streamed as usual.  Please feel free to email or call with any questions.

Know that we will continue to monitor information provided by our public health officials throughout the country to understand how to best serve your needs, and will modify these policies as soon as local conditions allow.  In the meantime, thank you for your understanding, your patience and, most of all, for being a part of this incredible community.

Special Assessments and Late fees
Thank you to many of you for paying your Special Assessments. If you haven't started paying, they are $15 a month, per lot, for 12 months which started in October. You can pay them in any way, just note the payment is for the special assessments. The Late Fee of $20 monthly was voted on by the Board in July and started showing up on your billing in October if your account is past due.
