Important Community Info
BURN BAN
As of Tuesday, August 20, 2024, Hood County Fire Marshal has issued a burn ban county wide for Hood County due to high temperatures, dry vegetation and fire danger. NO OUTSIDE BURNING OF ANY KIND is allowed at this time.
If you see someone violating the burn ban, dial 911 & report it to Security as well.
COMMUNITY POOL
Our community pool will be closing soon for the year. Take in some of the last warm days this season.
Since the community area is in dire need of a new septic system to handle the clubhouse and pool facilities, please remain mindful of using the facilities—conserve water usage & make sure showers & faucets are turned off correctly. As always, be courteous and respectful at our pool.
