Saturday, February 8th, 10:00-11:00 am at Community Clubhouse
Please come to the clubhouse on Saturday, February 8th, and join us for our town hall in which you can ask the board members questions concerning the community and voice your opinions.  It's a great way to engage with your neighbors.  See you there.
February Board of Directors Meeting
Tuesday, February 25th, 6:00 - 7:00 pm at Community Clubhouse
The February Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, beginning at 6:00 pm.  The board meeting is a session which our directors conduct business for the community.  Residents are invited to attend and observe the current activities going on and affecting the Harbor.  See you there.

REMINDER
PRIORITY OF PAYMENTS
 
ALL PAYMENTS / MONIES RECEIVED WILL BE APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER, AS REQUIRED BY TEXAS STATE STATUTE:
 
Texas Property Code, Section 209.0063: Priority of Payments
(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a payment received by a property owners' association from the owner shall be applied to the owner's debt in the following order of priority:
1. Any delinquent assessment;
2. Any current assessment;
3. Any reasonable attorney's fees or reasonable third-party collection costs incurred by the association associated solely with assessments or any other charge that could provide the basis for foreclosure;
4. Any reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the association that are not subject to Subdivision (3);
5. Any reasonable fines assessed by the association; and
6. Any other reasonable amount owed to the association.
(b) If, at the time the property owners' association receives a payment from a property owner, the owner is in default under a payment plan entered into with the association:
1. The association is not required to apply the payment in the order of priority specified by Subsection (a); and
2. In applying the payment, a fine assessed by the association may not be given priority over any other amount owed to the association.

ENTRY GATE
A speed bump has been added to the resident side of the entrance gate to slow entry traffic down to allow the sticker reader to process the window stickers properly.  Be mindful as you approach this area.

--->The process at the kiosk for after hours entry has changed:
   ->Place your ID into the machine
   ->Wait for the light to illuminate & remove your ID.
