New information concerning delinquent assessments has been placed via a link on our website for our members under the Members tab.

Community Pet Stations!
We have two pet waste stations at the clubhouse/walking trail area generously donated by a wonderful resident. These will allow our residents to have a convenient way to clean up after their pets while enjoying the walking trail and areas around it.
Be mindful to USE THE STATIONS PROPERLY AND RESPECTFULLY!  Only take waste bags when cleaning up after your pooch and do NOT use the receptacles to dispose of your cigarettes and drink cans!
