Deed RestrictionsDeed Restrictions, as they are commonly known, refer to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CCRs) that the original developer placed on the property before you purchased it. These documents contain the full list of building and use restrictions and provides the Association’s authority over the development, including the leaseback portion of lots, and is binding on all parties. The CCRs is the guiding document on which the Board bases its actions and decisions.
